Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a deep passion for programmatic advertising and Connected TV to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting premium inventory, cultivating strong relationships with buy-side partners, and delivering strategic insights that enhance platform performance.

You will own and grow relationships with DSPs, SSPs, and key agency stakeholders, engaging programmatic, activation, planning, and investment teams to unlock new opportunities. This role requires a consultative approach, a strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem (particularly SSP/DSP environments), and the ability to influence programmatic buying decisions.

Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with global stakeholders, account management, solutions engineering, and consulting teams to maximize revenue potential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of growth goals, and consistently delivers on client revenue expectations.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for programmatic advertising technology, market innovation, driving business growth and who has expertise navigating the agencies and the ad tech ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with buy-side stakeholders to understand their SSP platform needs, inventory requirements, and supply KPIs.

  • Promote premium inventory and key publisher offerings to DSPs, agencies, and trading desks.

  • Develop deep expertise in Comcast’s FreeWheel platform and clearly articulate solutions to its customers.

  • Champion the platform capabilities and value proposition across buy-side segments.

  • Capture and relay feedback on DSP usage, platform performance, and inventory quality to inform product and sales strategies.

  • Lead strategic business reviews with key buyers to uncover growth opportunities and resolve challenges.

  • Drive revenue through the setup and activation of programmatic deals  through collaboration with Publisher Account teams to tailor inventory solutions that meet buyer needs and enhance campaign performance.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in programmatic buying, with a focus on CTV inventory curation and activation.

  • Represent Comcast and its businesses at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in ad-tech, specifically SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges brands and ad agencies

  • Programmatic and CTV experience required

  • Supply-side platform (SSP) or exchange experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great.

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
