Manager, Retail Marketing
Job Summary
The Retail Marketing Manager will lead the creative development and execution of high volume in-store advertising campaigns across the entire Xfinity Retail footprint. This role is responsible for producing video and print assets that shape the customer experience, generate excitement, and drive subscriber growth. Working closely with the in-store Marketing team and in partnership with the broader brand team, this position plays a critical role in delivering impactful, on-brand creative that supports our annual plan of record and elevates business performance. Your work will be seen by millions of customers and directly influences subscriber growth and customer experience. Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of in-store advertising materials including digital video, print signage, promotional kits, and merchandising displays.
- Manage the end-to-end creative development process for in-store marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Develop detailed creative briefs and lead kick-off meetings with creative, strategy, and project management teams.
- Oversee creative reviews and feedback cycles, ensuring all assets are on-brand, on-message, and delivered on time.
- Partner with Program Management to streamline approvals and maintain timelines.
- Manage creation and updates of promotional materials.
- Coordinate Legal reviews and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Xfinity Creative, Strategy, GTM, Merchandising, and Execution) and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Review campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead additional creative projects as assigned.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing communications or creative project management in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of the creative development process and brand management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically while executing flawlessly.
