Job Summary

DUTIES: Provide technical leadership within a team responsible for developing new software and web applications; develop web applications using Angular, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET and its frameworks, including Web Forms and Model-View-Controller; implement data access solutions using ADO.NET; develop microservices architecture and communication between the microservices; develop Azure services including APIM, Key Vault, and App Services; work with CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps; develop and design on SQL Server using Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Modeling Language (DML), SQL queries, stored procedures and query tuning; develop Entity Framework within dotnet (.NET) projects; develop single page applications using Angular; develop configurable RESTful Frameworks; configure GIT projects; develop SSIS packages and import data; develop SSRS reports; build webpages using HTML with CSS, Jquery, and Ajax; develop applications using React Native; develop WebUI scripts using JavaScript; develop software and identify and manage application security vulnerabilities with DevSecOps tools including Checkmarx, Sonarqube, and Whitesource; develop SOAP clients to consume SOAP Web services; integrate and automate software using Mulesoft; use Lightning UI within Salesforce; support applications under development and customize current applications; assist with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releases; research, write, and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations and reports; monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products; review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects; work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements; and guide and mentor junior-level engineers. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience developing web applications using Angular, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET and its frameworks, including Web Forms and Model-View-Controller; implementing data access solutions using ADO.NET; developing microservices architecture and communication between the microservices; developing Azure services including APIM, Key Vault, and App Services; working with CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps; developing and designing on SQL Server using Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Modeling Language (DML), SQL queries, stored procedures and query tuning; developing Entity Framework within dotnet (.NET) projects; developing single page applications using Angular; developing configurable RESTful Frameworks; configuring GIT projects; of which three (3) years include developing SSIS packages and importing data; developing SSRS reports; building webpages using HTML with CSS, Jquery, and Ajax; developing applications using React Native; developing WebUI scripts using JavaScript; developing software and identifying and managing application security vulnerabilities with DevSecOps tools including Checkmarx, Sonarqube, and Whitesource; developing SOAP clients to consume SOAP Web services; of which one (1) year includes integrating and automating software using Mulesoft; and using Lightning UI within Salesforce.
