Director, Brand Partnership Strategy, Program Integration
Job Summary
This Director leads enterprise integration of partnerships, ensuring partnership strategy is embedded across product, GTM, membership, media, and cross‑business units. This role drives the operational and strategic frameworks that ensure partnerships are maximally leveraged across the enterprise. The Director also leads event strategy, contract alignment oversight, and strategic ownership of the Annual Partner Summit agenda and experience. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring partnerships show up consistently across all business lines.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead integration of partnership elements and opportunities across enterprise teams
- Serve as GTM and Product integration lead, ensuring partnerships ladder into product roadmaps and marketing plans.
- Own membership program integration, embedding partnership assets into the broader membership ecosystem.
- Primary point of contact and lead for all Brand Partnership related reporting and dashboard creation
- Lead enterprise event strategy tied to partnerships, including large‑scale activations and industry events (CES, SXSW, SBJ).
- Oversee contract alignment across the portfolio to ensure consistency in partner approach, rights usage, and strategic value.
- Direct the strategic development and content of the Annual Partner Summit, collaborating with internal leadership and external partners.
- Partner with the Director of Portfolio Strategy (Director #1) to ensure integration needs and portfolio direction remain aligned.
- Support the integration of media partnership strategy within the broader partnership ecosystem.
- Oversee strategy for Philadelphia partners and local integrations within the national framework.
- Collaborate closely with analytics teams to ensure enterprise reporting reflects integration performance and impact.
- Provide leadership guidance for Sr. Managers and Managers, fostering cross‑functional collaboration behaviors.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
