AI Platforms Product Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for the research, assessment and discovery of new opportunities to enrich internal tools and external customer experiences with more intelligence. Conducts internal and external research to deeply understand stakeholder needs and articulate problems for translation into technology solutions. This job requires leadership through influence and is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Understands, internalizes and articulates internal stakeholder and external customerneeds throughout the product lifecycle.
Performs competitor, user, and technology research to create differentiated value forstakeholders with cutting-edge AI capabilities
Collaborates closely with delivery team to craft actionable product requirements thatdrive key outcomes for the business
Assesses and concisely communicates value and risks of new product initiatives todevelop and defend POV for product features/benefits.
Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs.what is attainable).
Exercises critical thinking; examining the opportunity set, asking "why", and evangelizing a product roadmap that supports the business.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters ofsignificance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Delivering products powered by Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) andLarge Language Models (LLMs),
Designing and executing A/B testing strategies within products, leveraging data-driveninsights to significantly impact product outcomes.
