Job Summary
ABOUT CTS CYBERSECURITY You will be an innovator in the Cybersecurity division of Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS). (https://www.comcasttechnologysolutions.com/about-us) This division specializes in offering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and subscription-based security solutions to large enterprises and the federal government. For the first time ever, customers are now able to purchase some of the best of Comcast’s own in-house security technologies (https://www.comcasttechnologysolutions.com/cybersecurity-suite). These solutions are proven-at-scale to defend critical infrastructure and effectively reduce cost. The Cybersecurity Suite efficiently improves security and compliance while keeping costs in check. Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Oversees the documentation of all development activity. Trains non-technical personnel. Assists with tracking performance metrics. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.
Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with product management, engineering team leaders and architects to define functional and technical requirements.
- Refine and estimate new deliverables.
- Design new and improve existing user experience workflows, interactions, and visual experiences within the DataBee user interface.
- Create user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups of our products.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement designs in ReactJS.
- Conduct usability testing to identify and fix design issues.
- Use content and version management systems as applicable as well as global design patterns and practices established by the team.
Additional Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX designer.
- Experience with enterprise level products is essential for this role with a strong preference within cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated expertise and proficiency with graphical design tools (Figma required, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop desirable in addition).
- Demonstrated expertise in designing web application interfaces including both workflow and visual design.
- Demonstrated experience in developing wireframe and high-fidelity visual mockups.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity and experience working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and web application themes.
- Familiarity with ReactJS and its associated ecosystem.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $96,600.92 USD-$226,408.42 USD
Additional Range: This job can be performed in District of Columbia with a Pay Range of $120,751.16 - $208,295.74
