Job Summary
Responsible for delivering insightful financial and operational analysis to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making across the business unit, with a focus on identifying risks and uncovering growth opportunities. Develops and drives financial and operational objectives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Plays a key role in shaping functional strategies and has a significant impact on business outcomes. Typically manages one or more teams of professional staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Drives capital investment in the business by evaluating opportunities, supporting business cases, and ensuring alignment with long-term strategic priorities. Works cross-functionally with departments including Construction, Tech Ops, Sales & Marketing, CB across the Mountain West Region to ensure cohesive execution of business initiatives. Collaborates closely with the Division Office and other regional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and drive enterprise-wide success. Core Responsibilities
- Partners with leadership to support annual business planning, capital investment decisions, and operational processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develops and drives financial and operational goals; analyzes performance reports to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Drives capital investment by evaluating opportunities, supporting business cases, and ensuring alignment with long-term priorities.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Construction teams across the Mountain West Region to execute business initiatives effectively.
- Partners with the Division Office and other regional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and promote enterprise-wide success.
- Facilitates Finance professionals’ ability to support business unit leaders and departments through data analysis, reporting, and special projects.
- Oversees accounting transactions and ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies; regularly reviews and updates procedures for consistency and accuracy.
- Makes strategic and operational decisions that directly impact business performance, exercising independent judgment and discretion.
- Manages daily activities of the Finance team; trains, mentors, and develops staff to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Promotes a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team and broader organization.
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $126,291.84 - $189,437.77
