Program Overview

The Comcast internship/co-op program will help you cultivate meaningful relationships, develop strong interpersonal and business skills, gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 40 media and technology company, and receive mentorship opportunities to expand your professional network.

This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Role Description

Join us as a Connectivity Product Management Co-op, where you will work supporting the Dedicated Internet product within the Connectivity Product Organization. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge technology that is revolutionizing the way businesses access the internet. You will be at the heart of a complex, fast-paced environment with endless opportunities for learning and growth. As a part of a high-energy team of industry experts, you will contribute to shaping the vision of a product that is changing the internet landscape.

As a key member of the product management team you will help guide product strategy, make crucial decisions, and collaborate with the best minds in the business. You will get hands-on experience working on everything from technical analysis to market strategy, gaining deep insights into how products are developed and deployed. As a Product Management Co-op you will get to interact with and influence every aspect of the business including operations, finance, marketing, and technology. 

What are some interesting problems the student will work on? 

In your role, you will get to work on a variety of exciting challenges related to the rapidly growing Dedicated Internet product offering. You will have an opportunity to engage in both technical analysis and business-focused tasks including research, development, and deployment of new technologies, as well as lifecycle sustainment of existing products.  From assessing the latest technology to optimizing processes, your work will be integral to developing innovative solutions that enhance the product and improve customer experience.

Your impact will be felt across multiple areas of the business, from improving operational efficiency to contributing to better customer experiences. You will play a critical role in streamlining processes, identifying opportunities for growth, and directly influencing product success. With exposure to all aspects of the product lifecycle, your contributions will lead to smoother workflows, higher customer satisfaction, and increased sales and revenue. In this dynamic role, you will get exposure to the full business cycle, from ideation to deployment, to make a tangible difference in the company’s success

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new services, features, and enhancements on time and within budget 

  • Assists the product manager in gathering input to define product concepts, develop product requirements and build implementation plans 

  • Aids in maintaining the product roadmap, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed on time

  • Contributes to the creation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, and other product documentation to support internal teams and customers 

  • Conducts market research to identify market trends 

  • Supports the collection and analysis of data related to product performance, customer feedback, and market trends

  • Takes initiative in gathering information, exercising judgement and proactively suggesting areas of opportunity 

  • Develops an understanding of the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PreferredSkills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Familiarity with product and program management tools (Jira/Smartsheet)

  • Preferred Majors: Business, Economics, Engineering, Communications, Finance

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.

  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
