Supervisor, Data Center Engineering
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Supervisor in West Chester, PA, to lead execution of data center deployment and operational initiatives within a critical facility environment, with a strong focus on project management, coordination, and delivery. Accountable for driving infrastructure deployments, migrations, and maintenance activities on time and within scope, while ensuring alignment to company standards. Partners across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver results while overseeing a team supporting day-to-day operations. Leverages AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) and data-driven insights to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects (deployments, migrations, decommissions) with accountability for outcomes.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources, ensuring execution discipline and on-time delivery.
- Track risks, dependencies, and project progress, providing clear status updates.
- Partner across engineering, operations, and vendors to drive strong teamwork, alignment, and results.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution and continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day deployment and operational execution (rack/stack, cabling, installs).
- Lead and coordinate a team of engineers supporting both project execution and operational activities.
- Develop team members, reinforcing accountability, inclusion, and a high-performance culture through mentorship and training.
- Directing daily operational tasks, setting team goals, and overseeing work to ensure adherence to company standards

- Champion adoption of Copilot, AI tools, and automation to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making
- Ensure all work adheres to change management processes, MOPs/SMOPs, and operational standards.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations, deployment, or infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating technical projects and implementations.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling, network).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated use or adoption of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) or automation platforms for productivity or operational improvement.
- Experience with change management and operational processes.
