Organization & Team Overview

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps/AI Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence and robust infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of DevOps principles and a keen interest in AI/ML technologies. You'll work closely with our engineering teams, contributing to the development, deployment, and maintenance of our AI-powered solutions. This role offers a unique chance to learn about scalable AI systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models.

  • Supporting the deployment and monitoring of AI applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Contributing to the automation of infrastructure provisioning and management.

  • Helping to optimize model training and inference workflows.

  • Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure smooth model integration.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure and application deployment.

  • Researching and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve our DevOps and AI capabilities.

  • Exploring the development of an agentic AI system that integrates with observability tools like Kibana, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to enhance triaging and application reliability metrics. 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of DevOps concepts (e.g., version control, automation, continuous integration).

  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Bash).

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

  • An interest in or basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry is a bonus. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028)
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating) 
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
