Job Summary

The Supervisor of Facilities plays a hands-on leadership role in keeping our workplaces safe, efficient, and running at their best. This position leads day‑to‑day facilities operations across assigned locations, ensuring building systems perform reliably and all safety and regulatory standards are met. The supervisor drives proactive preventive maintenance programs, partners closely with vendors, and supports and develops on‑site facilities staff. In addition, this role leads workplace improvements, space modifications, and emergency preparedness efforts—making a direct, visible impact on the employee experience and the continuity of operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily facilities operations including maintenance schedules, vendor coordination, and building system monitoring across assigned locations
  • Coordinating preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems according to established maintenance schedules
  • Managing space planning activities including furniture installations, office reconfigurations, and workplace modifications based on departmental requirements
  • Overseeing building security protocols, cleaning services, and general maintenance activities to ensure compliance with Company and OSHA standards
  • Monitoring facilities-related expenses and tracking budget variances while supporting management with annual budget preparation and forecasting
  • Directing facilities support staff in daily tasks, adjusting work assignments, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair activities
  • Implementing workplace safety programs and conducting regular facility inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Organizing emergency response procedures and maintaining updated documentation for building systems, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Supporting facilities renovation projects by coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in New Jersey with a Pay Range of $81,664.99 - $122,497.48

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
