Job Summary

Responsible for assisting Sales and Marketing management (on-site) utilizing communications and advertising materials to effectively present the Company's Responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing leadership by executing regional marketing strategies and initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility. This position gathers competitive intelligence, executes marketing programs, and provides reporting and insights to optimize performance. Acting as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and local partners, this role ensures awareness of offers, initiatives, and strategic priorities while delivering high-quality marketing materials and event execution.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Gathers competitive research based on field sales feedback, chamber engagement, competitive quotes and other tactics to remain up to date on our region’s competitive landscape.
  • Executes referral program marketing tactics to drive customer acquisition & retention.
  • Runs reports and analyzes effectiveness of marketing events, referral programs, and local incentives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Plans and executes marketing events and chamber relations to drive enhanced brand visibility.
  • Creates monthly kickoff presentations for Small Business and Enterprise field sales teams.
  • Ad hoc requests for account research in CB Sales and Salesforce in support of local partners in region.
  • Acts as a point of contact for questions on current offers and initiatives. Develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing Manager or internal committee.
  • Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including experience with Excel reporting and CRM software.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed for the business.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $70,281.04 - $105,421.55

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.



Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
