Manager 1, Individual Direct Sales - Sales Events
Job Summary
Responsible for providing oversight to the development and implementation of assigned sales events. Coordinates activities with senior management from other departments to strategic align operational and selling initiatives. Works closely with various leadership teams, to arrange specific event logistics. Directly manages and supports the Sales Event Supervisor(s) and staff in meeting sales objectives and measuring results with established tracking procedures. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Core Responsibilities
Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Sales Event team(s) and Supervisor(s).
Manages the performance, development, and growth of their assigned team members.
Works with senior management to develop added value opportunities that provide incremental revenue.
Develops and maintains relationships with outside partners to develop and implement events.
Collaborates with team in approving the execution of events and provides support, including but not limited to, partnership in the coordination and logistics of an event, planning, negotiation and execution of events, production and distribution of printed materials, point-of purchase displays, prize packages, and coordinating with technical operations within the market.
Proactively follows-up with supervisor regarding sales, product, events, technical or customer issues.
Oversees resolution of product and customer issues across customer care, billing and technical support.
Approves and manages event activities and results to senior leadership.
Plans and manages sales budget and forecast.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $92,163.49 - $153,605.81
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $23,000.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
