Service Delivery Coordinator I
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the execution of small to moderately complex orders, circuit installations, and activations. Works with new and existing clients to provide telecom services on their behalf. In addition, works with moderate supervision/guidance and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of all Service Delivery tasks, including order management, using the appropriate systems, tools and resources.
- Manages all vendor communication, including the monitoring of vendor milestone SLA's.
- Secures all vendor milestone dates and other information for site surveys, requirements and order statuses.
- Provides updates to vendors in weekly touch points through calls/meetings, systems and vendor portal.
- Records all comments related to orders and vendor management in the correct systems.
- Prepares status reports and keeps management, vendors and others informed of status and related issues including requests for changes from original specifications following the change order approval process.
- Maintains a level of communication quality that exceeds department communication standards and policies.
- Assists with managing and/or mitigating escalations through proper processes. Brings escalations to the attention of a team lead or manager.
- Maintains levels of productivity, as outlined by management by meeting KPI (Key Performance Indicators) goals and completing tasks within the appropriate timeframes.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Criteria:
- Advanced English level, 90% or above (written and spoken)
- 6 months to a year of customer service experience.
- 1 or more years of experience working with computers and multiple software applications.
- 1 or more years of project coordination experience.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, high volume environment, deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing, setting expectations and organization.
- Experience in telecom, network deployments and current technology products and services preferred.
