Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Enterprise Lead Developer to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of our ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, with the ability to develop scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with the organization's IT and business strategies. As the ServiceNow Enterprise Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction, development standards, mentoring junior talent, ensuring that the platform supports the needs of the business and integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems.

Job Description

In this role atComcast Business Information Technology (BIT) organization, you will work with diverse teams of product owners,architectsand software engineers to deliver large programs prioritized within Comcast Business. You will beensuringtheecosystem is secure, reliable, resilient, and supports efficient business processeswith purpose-built customer centric applications. You will be part of the IT teamthat will set the IT vision and roadmap for the greenfield eco-system anddeterminehow we work to effectively architect, develop,deployand support the applications andinfrastructure.

Service Now Platform Development

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions primarily leveraging ITSM and TSOM, with optional exposure to TNI, and a growing focus on NOW Assist capabilities. You will collaborate closely with business andtechnical teams to implement scalable, integrated systems that streamline operational workflows, improve service delivery, and support intelligent automation. 

ServiceNowITSM,CMDB,TSOMArchitecture & Development:

  • Design, develop, andmaintainsolutions built on ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB, with a focus on TSOM architecture and development to support incident, request, problem, change, and service operations workflows.
  • Lead data migration activities totransform andmigrate ITSM, CMDB, and TSOM data into ServiceNow as a high-priority task.

Enterprise Integration:

  • Developand integrate ServiceNow with Telecom order management systems to support end-to-end order orchestration, lifecycle tracking, and downstream fulfillment workflows.

  • Use ServiceNow for Day 2 assurance by developing andmaintainingscalable server-side logic, workflows, and automation that support operational stability, incident resolution, and ongoing service visibility.

Technical Leadership& Innovation

  • Lead and mentor development teams onITSM,TSOM, CMDB, andFlow Designerto deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholdersfor architectural reviews and governance
  • Promote AI adoption to accelerate development, automate testing, and enhance workflows.
  • Foster a culture of innovation to continuously evolve ServiceNow capabilities and boost productivity.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technicalarea. (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT service management, with at least3years of hands-on experience in ServiceNowdevelopment, including Flow Designer and Script Includes
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM,TSOM, CMDB,COM,TNI, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
  • 2+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with a good blend of functional and technical skills in enterpriseOSS/BSS systems
  • Preferred experience with AIsolutions including AI powered code generation, review,analysis,and software development lifecycle

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of innovative software and web applications, ensuring they align with business objectives and user requirements
  • Integrating new systems seamlessly with existing infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and continuous performance improvement
  • Mentoring team members and providing technical training, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and professional growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application integration, advocating for best practices in software development
  • Participating in or leading peer programming sessions, design sprints, or prototyping sessions
  • Driving the creation, maintenance, and accessibility of comprehensive documentation for all development activities
  • Monitoring application performance metrics rigorously, utilizing data to guide enhancements and ensure delivery aligns with project goals
  • Providing expert technical advice and support to internal stakeholders and external partners, effectively communicating complex concepts
  • Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to confirm applications meet rigorous testing standards and fulfil technical requirements
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
