What You’ll Do: Support Capital Expense and Job Approval Processes: Ensure accuracy and compliance in transactional workflows, helping drive financial accountability across teams. Own Reporting Cadence: Consolidate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports that inform strategic decisions. Analyze Business Performance: Provide insights through financial analysis and forecasting to support regional and functional goals. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders at all levels to deliver timely and actionable financial data. Handle Administrative and Transactional Tasks: Maintain financial records, track approvals, and support documentation needs with precision and attention to detail. What You Bring: Excel Skills: Comfortable with pivot tables, formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), and basic data manipulation. Bonus if you’ve dabbled in automation or dashboarding! Detail-Oriented Mindset: You catch the small stuff and understand how it impacts the big picture. Strong Communication: Able to translate numbers into clear, concise insights for non-finance partners. Core Responsibilities
- Runs a variety of financial data, maintaining and updating financial models and plans.
- Maintains and assists in designing financial reports.
- Provides trend reporting and other analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks, as required.
- Coordinates changes to existing reports or required submissions for new reports across departments.
- Supports Finance department and Financial Analysts team which may include duties such as: data entry, distributing reports and responding to other initial departmental requests.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
