Core Responsibilities:
Defines vision, strategies and tactics to drive Network Expansion initiatives.
Understands the organization's operating rhythm, strategic direction, and business environment to conduct operations analyses and develop and execute the organization's strategic plan.
Coordinates input from all major business units to ensure alignment of individual plans with the overall corporate strategy.
Responsible for translating Company goals into strategies and tactics that can be leveraged by Regions for local actions.
Be Forward-Thinking: Embrace emerging technology, innovations, products, and process improvements that will support & optimize Region Network Expansion execution
Demonstrate Business Agility: Adapt quickly to market changes internally and externally; assist Regions to respond rapidly and flexibly while leading change in a motivating and fiscally responsible way to maintain our competitive advantage
Conducts or facilitates periodic reviews of achievement and performance versus business targets.
Conducts financial feasibility studies and appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by third parties.
Ensures the Region Market Development teams have the tools and data necessary to quickly identify expansion opportunities, build IRR models, and gain necessary approvals.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $272,203.44 - $408,305.16
