Technical Program Manager 6, Program Management
Job Summary
We’re seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager 6 (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional and cross-organization initiatives. This role requires not only strong program management and leadership capabilities, but also the technical depth necessary to partner effectively with various engineering teams in GTO, guiding execution from ideation through delivery.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple business and technical teams, aligning efforts to strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope work, and develop realistic timelines.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve risks and blockers to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous technical problems and project goals, ensuring teams stay focused and aligned.
- Provide clear, timely communication to all levels of the organization, from engineers to executive leadership.
- Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and a results-oriented culture across cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience delivering complex software or platform initiatives across engineering, product, and business functions.
- Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving execution in matrixed environments.
- Deep technical acumen: you’re comfortable digging into technical discussions with engineers, understanding trade-offs, and surfacing critical details.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align day-to-day execution to long-term objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
