Technical Practice Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business-to-Business (B2B) Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our B2B offerings, working closely with both internal development teams and external clients to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation, ensure the highest standards of technical excellence, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of business-to-business product delivery.
- Translation of business-to-business strategy into technical definitions for development.
- owned and managed devices (e.g., apps on iPhone/Android devices).
- Understand the ecosystem for app deployments, ensuring apps become readily available.
- Prioritization and backlog management for development teams responsible for product deliverables.
- Internalize and represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate across functional areas to secure buy-in and deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience.
- Lead concept development, defining an end-to-end customer experience and expected full life cycle costs.
- Contribute to the product vision across the team and the organization.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).
- Manage change requests and validate downstream deliverables and final offerings (business acceptance testing).
- Ensure the builds and requirements are needed to build apps for customer-
- Role will be customer-facing, supporting syndication customers.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in app development and deployment processes.
- Strong technical expertise in streaming video architecture and IP video.
- Experience with third-party app developer account management.
- Excellent B2B business relationship management skills.
