Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES:                               Provide technical leadership in building system configurations and integrations using UKG Kronos version 8.1 or higher, and its components, including Forecasting, Scheduler, Production, Budgeting, accrual and attendance policies, Timekeeper, Time Clock configuration, and Navigator; research and resolve issues by creating reports using SQL; develop software in an Agile development environment using SQL Server Management Studio, Workforce Integration Manager, and Citrix; perform code review on code written in SQL; build and deploy integration processes using Dell Boomi; maintain the company timekeeping system, responsible for calculation of employee hours worked, including overtime, shift differential, and accruals; build and maintain configurations within the system to ensure proper calculation of employees pay; perform system development, analysis, design, certification, testing, implementation, and documentation of new and existing software applications; integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities; act as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment; manage entire life cycle of assigned projects; resolve Zendesk tickets as they are assigned, including the research, resolution, communication, and creation of defects as needed; collaborate with Spectacor HR team on any issues that arise; provide support to payroll team as needed in the research and resolution of issues; collaborate with Development team on testing integrations; monitor system and integrations daily, and identify and resolve any issues that arise. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS:             Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience researching and resolving issues by creating reports using SQL; developing software in an Agile development environment using SQL Server Management Studio, Workforce Integration Manager, and Citrix; performing code review on code written in SQL; of which three (3) years include building system configurations and integrations using UKG Kronos version 8.1 or higher, and its components, including Forecasting, Scheduler, Production, Budgeting, accrual and attendance policies, Timekeeper, Time Clock configuration, and Navigator; and of which one (1) year includes building and deploying integration processes using Dell Boomi.
