As a Senior Technical Program Manager supporting the Trusted Computing Products team, you will be a key leader in shaping and driving the team’s roadmap. You will lead strategic planning initiatives, manage complex programs, and ensure seamless execution of high-quality, reliable, and sustainable solutions. This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who excels in managing cross-functional teams and driving technical programs to deliver impactful results at a global scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for the Trusted Computing Products team, aligning with global product strategies and business goals.
- Oversee planning and execution of key initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment across distributed teams in the USA, Europe, and India.
- Drive technical decision-making and problem-solving, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and content protection across all products and platforms.
- Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, delivering on milestones and ensuring successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and driving operational excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role in the technology or product space, with a strong focus on security and content protection.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and guide complex technical initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and working in global, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities while driving projects to successful completion.
