Sr. Specialist, Employee Engagement
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Senior Specialist of Employee Engagement to join our Human Resources team supporting Comcast Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience of Comcast Business employee globally, driving initiatives that promote engagement, motivation, and the overall cultural well-being within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills to help us create a workplace environment that empowers our employees. Responsible for developing and administering programs that support employee engagement. Manages small to large scale programs across functions and disciplines.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Engagement Programs: Design and lead engagement programs and events that are in alignment with company goals and priorities. This includes recognition programs, wellness initiatives, career development activities, and activations or events to support brand affinity, etc.
- Surveys & Feedback: Support employee engagement surveys quarterly and once annually. Provide actionable insights, accountability measures for leaders and help develop solutions in response to feedback. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and leaders on effective ways to engage and motivate their teams and take action, offering solutions to improve workplace culture and address concerns.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on key engagement metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine engagement strategies and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Communication & Design: Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring consistent and transparent communication on key engagement initiatives. Draft communications and updates related to engagement efforts, events, and programs.
- Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective employee engagement strategies and processes.
- Collaborates with a cross-functional team to develop and implement plans to drive employee engagement.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design (programs include Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Basic video editing capabilities
- Project management tool experience (Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement trends, best practices, and tools, with the ability to adapt strategies to the company’s needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive actionable improvements.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, survey tools, and employee engagement platforms.
- A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
