Sr. Program Manager, Tooling & Analytics
Job Summary
Responsible for utilizing advanced program management skills and knowledge to drive business process improvements through advanced tooling and analytics. Leads cross-functional strategic programs across the organization focusing on enhancing data capabilities, streamlining tools, and delivering seamless, insight-driven user experiences.Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
- Support the tooling infrastructure utilized for the full program lifecycle – from intake to delivery – including tool implementation, optimization, and integrations.
- Execute the GPO Tooling Roadmap by delivering enhancements, driving standardization, and simplifying tools to enable more efficient, consistent, and user-friendly business processes.
- Define, measure, and report on performance metrics for business processes governed by the Strategic Planning & Program Management Team.
- Assist with automated reporting efforts to support planning ceremonies and track key milestones, throughput, and delivery metrics.
- Create dashboards to monitor planning process effectiveness, including change requests and other KPIs, with a focus on automation and simplicity.
- Support the development of analytics that provide insights into process performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on goals, and ensure successful program execution.
- Build and manage detailed program plans, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and resource needs to ensure timely delivery.
- Champion change adoption and process improvements across the organization through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Communicate program updates, milestones, and changes clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Desired Experience:
- Program Management – Requirements gathering, change management, implementation planning, stakeholder management, status reporting, etc.
- Tooling Ownership – Experience with back-office operations tooling support, experience with data flow and user workflow to maximize efficiencies. Identifying and supporting enhancements and tooling integrations
- Metrics and Reporting - Defining and measuring KPIs. Creating performance transparency via reporting and visualization tools.
- Data Governance – Experience with creating and executing a governance model to ensure data integrity and full utilization of tools.
