Sr. Manager, Xumo Reliability
Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Xumo Reliability will be responsible for creating broad visibility into the technical performance and quality of Xumo products to joint venture partners, Xumo leadership and the business partners. This role will work cross functionally with the JV team, Xumo and TPX Program Management, Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in the reliability and customer experience of our Xumo products, especially in areas requiring multi-faceted analysis, viewpoints, and programs. A successful candidate will have experience bringing together different groups for alignment, driving to get things done, making sure the team is reaching program milestones, and establishing processes and governance in a fast-paced environment with several stakeholders. You will use broad program management, analysis, and communication skills as well as technology knowledge to lead Quality program component(s) within the Video and Entertainment Platform and Product ecosystem. You will be responsible for reviewing data, performing analyses, leading meetings, and preparing presentation materials to inform and solicit feedback from internal stakeholders about the quality of our products, and critically, what Xumo & TPX is doing to make it better.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Program/Project Management
- Understands the scope of programs as defined by Product Quality and TPX leadership. Participates in and supports key planning milestones and meetings
- Builds Quality program plans and maintains program record and status. Works with the core team to identify and drive required activities to completion. Identifies and manages program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies
- Identifies and analyzes risks, issues, and mitigation
- Supports the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, measurement methodology and reports, and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team
- Tracks and manages the program schedule and task details included in the program plan. Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives. Works with Xumo business and cross-functional teams to assist in action item resolution and track completion. Ensures program milestones are accomplished and ensures overall timelines are met. Documents all major plan changes in scope, approach and date delivery.
- Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Manages proposed changes to program parameters and works with Xumo business leads and TPX program team to ensure appropriate processes and communications are followed.
- Metrics Creation & Monitoring
- Understands data reporting nuances to make meaningful comparisons and relevant charts
- Works with analytics teams and /or directly performs analysis and data reviews to identify trends and drivers of reliability in Quality program scope
- Gathers and articulates detailed requirements for reliability metric visualizations
- Technical Inclination
- Keeps abreast of new developments in relevant technologies, data analytics and machine learning, agile practices, program management best practices, and relevant industry standards
- This role may require limited travel (< 5%)
Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA- 4 days a week in office/1 day remote.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Generally requires 7+ years related experience in Program/Product/Project Management

Bachelor's Degree
