Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager of User Endpoint Management to lead our Unified EndPoint Management team. This role is a senior leadership position responsible for managing all user devices across Comcast. The ideal candidate will drive the vision and enable the team to evolve our Windows, Mac, and Mobile environment utilized by all Comcasters. The role involves global team management in both engineering and operational spaces.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a global team responsible for user endpoint management.

  • Oversee engineering processes and ensure efficient system operations.

  • Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint device management.

  • Utilize knowledge of Dell purchase and distribution options for enterprises.

  • Manage virtual desktops, including Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.

  • Oversee JAMF and MAC Management.

  • Implement and manage Apple Device Business Manager and Google Zero Touch enrollment.

  • Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms.

  • Ensure device compliance through Entra ID and Conditional Access.

  • Utilize Microsoft SCCM for system management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing global teams.

  • Strong oversight of engineering processes and system operations.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and MAC Management.

  • Knowledge of virtual desktops, especially Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.

  • Experience with Apple Device Business Manager and Google Zero Touch enrollment.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Entra ID for device compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service.

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $147,936.89 - $221,905.33
