Sr. Manager, Campaign Operations
Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of campaign builders executing high volume omni-channel campaigns. This individual will be responsible for ensuring end user readiness to integrate and adopt new technology and support adoption of processes into daily operations. Will assist in planning, coordinating, executing, and peer review of complex, omni-channel campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Experience Platform. Offers deployment support and analysis in the areas of marketing readiness, user acceptance testing, and live trial. Must be able to work across dev, measurement, marketing, product, and execution teams and be able to translate marketer needs into a technical campaign build with accuracy. Must be able to develop, grow, and maintain relationships with teams across the business to improve process efficiencies and campaign effectiveness. This role will provide strong people leadership by guiding, developing, and mentoring team members to maximize their potential, fostering a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and high performance. Will serve as SME for Adobe Campaign across the business. Will partner closely with product owners to help inform and influence product roadmap to improve functionality and capabilities for personalized marketing tactics. Must have extensive experience with Adobe Campaign. Experience with a CDP tool or Adobe Experience Platform is preferred.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Oversees daily operations of end-to-end multi-channel campaign creation and execution, supporting and mentoring their team throughout the process. Tracks and escalates project issues and risks as appropriate.
Supports build of complex, multi-channel campaigns. Will be expected to understand the flow of data between multiple systems and ensure accurate targeting for deployments
Continually iterate on, enforce, and socialize the QA and peer review process for all campaigns, partnering with QA teams where applicable
Enable change management by supporting and operationalizing roll out of new technology and operational process changes. Ensures operational plans are in line with business objectives.
Define and report on key metrics to measure operational and campaign effectiveness. Will be expected to socialize reports to leadership and ensure tight communication across teams
Will partner with offshore team lead on a regular basis to foster collaboration across teams, enabling round the clock campaign production
Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives.
Contributes to functional strategy development.
Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Demonstratable advanced working experience with Adobe Campaign
- Previous experience leading a high performing team is required
- Must be able to understand and interpret complex workflows and assist with builds on a daily basis.
- Experience with a CDP tool is preferred.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
