Sr. Manager, Advanced Campaign Solution Design
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly specialized Senior Manager of Advanced Campaign Solution Design to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience designing and supporting delivery of omni-channel marketing campaigns at scale within complex enterprise environments. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end campaign development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, data flow design, and activation across digital and traditional channels. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help transform how we engage customers across channels—designing solutions that scale, resonate, and drive business growth. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with talented professionals passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences. This individual will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Martech, and Data Science teams to translate business goals into orchestrated, data-driven journeys. Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of advanced omni-channel campaign solutionsthat enable real-time, data-driven customer engagement across email, push, SMS, in-app, direct mail, and digital media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product Management, Data Science, Martech, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders—to gather campaign requirements, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Understand the business and translate business needs into technical deliverables, including defining approaches, solution architectures, data flow diagrams, and API documentation, with a focus on delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
- Architect solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including AEP’s Real-Time CDP capabilities, Adobe Journey Optimizer for journey orchestration, and Adobe Campaign for execution—leveraging segmentation, personalization, event-based triggers, and campaign logic.
- Own the full campaign development lifecycle—from scoping and planning through build, QA, deployment, and ongoing optimization—ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Perform technical assessments, such as build vs. buy analysis, cost/benefit evaluations, and solution feasibility studies, in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Drive operational excellence by creating reusable campaign components, establishing campaign architecture standards, and ensuring integration across customer data platforms and marketing activation tools.
- Mentor and guide team on campaign solution best practices, tooling capabilities, and emerging trends in omni-channel campaign design and marketing technology.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience designing and implementing complex omni-channel marketing campaigns in large-scale B2C enterprises
- Proven experience working across teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Martech to deliver orchestrated customer journeys
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, journey orchestration, real-time decisioning, and campaign analytics
- Ability to manage multiple high-visibility, multi-million-dollar initiatives simultaneously
- Experience with Agile methodologies and campaign development lifecycle management
- Proficiency in authoring architectural diagrams, user stories, technical documentation, and API contracts
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe certifications in AEP, Campaign, or Journey Optimizer
- Experience with real-time data streaming platforms and customer journey analytics
- Familiarity with integrating business intelligence and predictive models into marketing activation workflows
- Background in telecom, media, or similarly complex and highly regulated industries
- Exposure to advanced decisioning platforms or CDPs outside of Adobe (e.g., Pega, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.)
