Job Summary

Location: Philadelphia, PA – 1701 John F Kennedy Blvd (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Department: Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) – Data Governance Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST; Evening and weekend support as needed Work Authorization: This role does not offer visa sponsorship This newly created role supports Comcast’s AI-driven initiative to acquire and retain customers through data-driven insights. The Sr. Analyst will work across business units to manage customer and prospect data, enabling precise marketing efforts and informed decision-making. The role is central to ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and usability across the enterprise. The Data Governance team is responsible for supporting the development and management of our data products, which are used across the enterprise to make important business decisions. You will collaborate with data engineers, reporting and analytics team, and business stakeholders to deliver world class data solutions.

Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as subject matter expert on customer and prospect data across business units.
    • Collaborate with AI and Marketing teams to integrate campaign data with enterprise assets and drive strategic initiatives.
    • Document requirements for enterprise base and semantic layers.
    • Develop business rules and logic to harmonize data across systems.
    • Conduct data discovery, profiling, testing, and validation.
    • Create and execute test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Partner with engineering, data architecture, and project management teams throughout the data lifecycle.
    • Support standardization of referential data for analytics and reporting.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure transparent communication.

    Tools & Technologies

    • Required: SQL, Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Data Management, Analytics
    • Preferred: Python, R, Tableau, Data Modeling/Architecture, Teradata, Informatica, AWS/Hadoop/Horton Works

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree
