Sr. Analyst, Comcast Advertising Governance
Job Summary
Position Overview: The Enterprise Portfolio Governance Analyst supports the strategic oversight and governance of enterprise-wide initiatives. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting portfolio data to enable informed decision-making, ensure compliance with governance standards, and drive transparency across the organization.Job Description
Key Scope & Ownership:
- Portfolio Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on project and program performance across the enterprise portfolio.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries.
- Analyze trends, risks, and variances to support strategic decision-making.
- Governance & Compliance Support
- Maintain governance documentation including meeting minutes, decision logs, and audit records.
- Ensure adherence to intake and prioritization
- Support risk and issue tracking across initiatives.
- Tool & Data Management
- Administer and maintain portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Automate reporting processes and improve data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure accurate data integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with project managers, program leads, and business partners to gather updates.
- Support governance forums, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing materials for executive steering committees and leadership reviews.
- Analytical & Communication Skills
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Translate portfolio trends and metrics into compelling visual and written narratives.
- Tailor communication style and content for diverse audiences, from project teams to executives.
- Support storytelling through data to influence strategic decisions and highlight portfolio impact.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in project/portfolio analysis, governance, or business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Certifications such as CAPM®, PMI-PBA®, SAFe® Practitioner, or Power BI/Tableau Specialist are a plus.
- Familiarity with portfolio management platforms (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Jira) and methodology and methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
