Senior Manager, SEO & GEO Growth
Job Summary
Responsible for owning and advancing AI-evolving search performance (SEO, AEO, GEO) across the .com ecosystem. This role will focus on improving visibility, accuracy, keyword efficiency, and authority within traditional Search and AI‑driven discovery ecosystems, such as LLMs, AI Summaries, and zero‑click experiences. We are looking for a person with deep expertise in cutting-edge, highly specialized Search strategies, who can translate traditional Search and AI discovery approaches into scalable, measurable content optimization across CB.com.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- OwnsSEO, GEO, and AEO execution for .com content, ensuring optimization for both traditional search engines and AI‑powered discovery platforms.
- Advisescontent strategy team, as well as broader AI workstreamincludingCBBrandand Thought Leadership,onhow tooptimizeCB ownedcontent for LLM visibility,prospect and customer intent,and overall Search performance.
- Liaisesand partnerswithtechnicalProduct Management, Development, and Architecture teams to ensure content structure, metadata, schema,page loadingalign with AI discovery best practices.
- Acts as a strategic advisor on how AI visibility impacts vendor comparison, network reliabilityperception, security credibility, and industryexpertiserecognition within B2B markets.
- Analyzeshow LLMs and answer engines retrieve, summarize, and attribute content,identifyinggaps, risks– and recommendsopportunities to improve brand representation.
- Conducts competitive analyses to understand how peers and competitors are winning AI visibility and recommend actionable improvements.
- Possesses deepknowledge of SEO tools andhasanability toleverageanalytics tools tomonitorperformance, surface insights, and inform continuous optimization.
- Definesand trackssuccess metrics across SEO,GEO,AEO, and zero‑clickperformance, including visibility,engagement, and downstream business impact.
- Stayscurrent on changes to search algorithms, LLM behavior, and AI discovery trends, proactivelyimplementingoptimization strategies.
- Communicates progress, risks, and milestone updates on SEO/AEO/GEO improvements to executives andcrossfunctionalstakeholders.
- Leads and mentors junior team members, fostering capability development and strategic thinking.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

- Deep hands‑onexpertisein SEOanddemonstratedexperience in GEO and AEO optimization.
- Strong technical SEOand GEO/AEObackground, including structured data, schema, site architecture, and content management systems.
- Proven experience using enterprise SEO and analytics platforms to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable recommendationsleadership and broader team.
- Expertiseinhow LLMs, answer engines, and AI‑driven discovery systems consume, interpret, and surface content.
- Experienceandmastery ofworking within large‑scale,matrixed organizations.
- Proventrack recordin being a team playerwho has strong business acumen andadesire to make a difference in afast-paced,high-growth organization.
