Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Brand Partnership Engagement is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing immersive brand experiences that captivate audiences and drive emotional engagement. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—tasked with bringing the brand to life through live events, partnerships, and cultural activations that resonate deeply with consumers. Reporting to the Executive Director, Brand Partnership Engagement, this position will partner with key business leads and cross functional partners to prioritize MDU [B2C and B2B], University, Multicultural and Network Expansion engagement and activation planning to drive retention and growth. You will support the development of a national experiential roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand’s voice and values. From ideation to execution, you’ll oversee high-impact initiatives that generate memorability, foster community, and convert engagement into growth and loyalty. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and executional excellence. You’ll be expected to stay ahead of cultural trends, identify opportunities for brand amplification, and deliver experiences that are not only memorable but measurable. Candidate must possess strong accountability and resolution, great attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment. Must have a strategic marketing communications foundation that ensures insight, consistency and clarity of brand voice and messaging to ensure highly performing creative and experiential output. Key skills needed include planning and organizing, working within a multi-faceted team, managing agency partners and creative/strategic acumen. Marketing experience a must, advertising agency experience preferred.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Experiential Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and execute the annual experiential marketing roadmap across national and regional markets for key business priorities. 
  • Align experiential efforts with broader brand, marketing, and growth goals. 
  • Partner with Regional event teams to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution. 

Creative Concepting and Brand Storytelling

  • Ideate high-impact activations that are product and experience led and support larger brand voice and platform. 
  • Ensure authentic, memorable and unexpected experiences across every interaction. 
  • Collaborate with Brand, MarCom, Social, Media, PR and more for strategic and creative alignment. 
  • Leverage cultural trends and seasonal moments for relevance. 

Execution and Operational Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of activations ensuring brand consistency. 
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and multiple agency partners. 
  • Create cost efficiencies with increased Region alignment on experiences, assets and toolkits. 
  • Serve as on-site lead for major events. 

Cross-Channel Integration and Amplification

  • Partner with the Go to Market team to ensure business prioritization alignment. 
  • Partner with social and content teams to amplify activations and drive earned media and influencer engagement. 
  • Align with Sales and Retail teams to support conversion efforts. 
  • Drive quality lead generation for increased growth attribution across multiple lifecycle tactics. 
  • Build and manage a digital fan engagement platform by passion/audience. 

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Define KPIs and analyze ROI: interactions, lead generation, connects, and engagement value. 
  • Continuously improve processes, agency relationships, and creative strategies. 

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience.  
  • Proven success in leading large-scale brand activations. 
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong skills in creative development, event production, and agency management. 
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement. 
  • Highly organized, attention to detail and budget conscious. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
