This job oversees the strategic development and execution of global Benefits programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market competitiveness. It leads professional teams and external partnerships to deliver innovative Benefits solutions. The role contributes to the organization's strategy by enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Formulating and executing Benefits policies that globalize and harmonize offerings, aligning with corporate strategies
• Directing equitable benefit plan design and implementation to maintain leading positioning in the market
• Spearheading employee benefit communications, fostering engagement and understanding of program changes and enhancements
• Providing strategic direction for benefits-related union negotiations, ensuring alignment with labor relations objectives
• Cultivating partnerships with external organizations, including legal and insurance entities, to optimize Benefits administration
• Introducing innovative Benefits solutions by leading cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience
• Interpreting and contributing to business strategy, developing Benefits objectives that support the organization’s goals
• Leading and mentoring multiple Benefits teams, driving talent development and performance in support of strategic initiatives
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
