Job Summary

The Senior Director, Chief of Staff for Global Platform Management acts as a strategic partner to the SVP, driving organizational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and impactful communications. This role owns the operational rhythm, engagement strategy, and execution of strategic initiatives, while fostering a unified team culture across Global Platform Management in alignment with the broader Global Product organization. Success requires exceptional executive presence, problem-solving ability, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building across a global, matrixed environment.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Strategic Execution

  • Deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and strategic alignment across platform functions, ensuring delivery of key business priorities.
  • Lead organizational rhythms including planning cycles, KPI tracking, budget oversight, and governance.
  • Partner with leadership to set goals, monitor progress, and remove barriers on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee risk management, mitigation strategies, and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Exercise sound judgement on high-impact issues and champion operational excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP and leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on strategic priorities.

Communications, Engagement & Culture

  • Own and evolve engagement and communication strategy for Global Platforms, including leadership messaging, newsletters, SharePoint content, and team events, ensuring full alignment with Global Product.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact communication materials such as presentations, team decks, and cross-team updates aligned with the Global Product brand.
  • Ensure consistent information flow and messaging across the organization, informed by the overall Global Product cadence.
  • Lead culture-building initiatives, including survey action planning and activities that foster collaboration and the identity as one Global Product organization.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise communication effectiveness and engagement outcomes.

Strategic Initiatives & Change Management

  • Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives on behalf of senior leadership and the Chief of Staff function.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to enable adoption of new processes and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with the central Chief of Staff team to provide KPI dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Partnerships

  • Partner across Chief of Staff, Global Product teams, Technology & Product, and business units to strengthen alignment and execution.
  • Influence teams at all levels—often without direct authority—to drive outcomes across global workstreams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering an inclusive, customer-focused, high-performance culture.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record in driving operations, engagement, and communication strategies within complex, multi-territory organizations.
  • Ability to translate interconnected activities into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing capability across cultures and functions.
  • Strong change management expertise combined with data and analytics fluency.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft AI-enabled tools and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and proficiency with project management platforms.
  • Background in consulting, business operations, or strategic program leadership strongly preferred.
  • High-level technical knowledge of our products and services or equivalent domains a plus.
