Senior Analyst, Digital Experience
Job Summary
This role focuses on analyzing and improving the company’s digital visibility, influence, and performance across web, social, and emerging generative AI platforms. The position is data-driven and insight-oriented, leveraging web analytics, SEO principles, and digital engagement data to understand how the company shows up in search engines, generative AI tools, forums, and social channels. The role partners closely with digital, marketing, and experience teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform content strategy, digital experiences, and optimization efforts. While direct AI experience is not required, familiarity with how generative AI surfaces and ranks information is a plus. The individual brings a strong analytical mindset, communicates insights clearly to digitally savvy stakeholders, and collaborates effectively across teams. Core Responsibilities
- Analyzes how the company’s brand, content, and messaging appear across web platforms, social channels, forums, and generative AI tools to assess visibility, sentiment, and influence.
- Leverages web analytics, SEO data, and engagement metrics to understand how frequently and in what context content is being surfaced by search engines and AI-powered tools.
- Develops insights and recommendations to help improve digital presence, credibility, and influence, with a focus on how ranking algorithms and AI retrieval models prioritize content.
- Evaluates trends and patterns in digital behavior to inform the design and optimization of customer and user experiences.
- Partners with internal digital, marketing, and content teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Builds and delivers dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate performance, trends, and opportunities to teams with strong digital expertise.
- Supports experimentation and continuous improvement by defining success metrics and measuring the impact of content, channel, and experience changes over time.
- Collaborates across teams and with assisted partners to gather inputs, align on goals, and ensure insights are shared and applied effectively.
- Applies a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving while balancing qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting large or complex datasets.
- Background in web analytics, SEO, or digital performance measurement.
- Ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to digitally experienced stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work across teams and synthesize partner input.
- Comfortable working independently, prioritizing work, and serving as a resource for others.
Tools & Technologies
- Data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Advanced Excel skills
- Web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
- Familiarity with SEO tools and methodologies
- Exposure to AI tools and generative AI platforms is a plus, but not required
