Senior Analyst, Business Process Effectiveness
Job Summary
The Data Business Process Effectiveness (BPE) Senior Analyst serves as the primary discovery documentation resource for BPE initiatives across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky. This role executes the capture, structuring, and synthesis of business process and technical architecture information—and analyzes operational metrics—enabling BPE Advisors to create finalized process and architecture deliverables, conduct stakeholder reviews, and develop process recommendations. As part of the CGA team, the Data BPE Senior Analyst is responsible for: • Supports audit discovery by capturing walkthroughs and working sessions documentation. • Analyzes operational metrics, reports, and dashboards of upcoming audit clients to surface and summarize trends and potential anomalies. • Independently synthesizes discovery outputs into clear written narratives and structured documentation. • Partners with BPE Advisors to connect business process documentation to related systems, policies (as applicable), and data sources, improving end-to-end traceability. • Supports multiple parallel engagements by tracking action items, clarifications, and follow-ups needed to complete discovery documentation and metric inputs. What You Deliver
- Produces accurate, timely, and well‑organized discovery documentation that is fully ready for downstream use in business process and technical architecture deliverables.
- Captures and structures detailed process information—including steps, handoffs, controls, system interactions, and data flows—ensuring outputs are complete, consistent, and usable without rework.
- Analyzes operational metrics to surface trends, anomalies, and key observations that directly inform advisor‑driven process effectiveness assessments.
- Synthesizes discovery sessions, metrics insights, and supporting materials into clear narratives, inventories, and structured documentation that accelerate stakeholder understanding.
- Supports preparing concise, accessible summaries, presentations, and graphical overviews for senior leadership and engagement sponsors.
- Supports department objectives and performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

- Proactively communicates status, blockers, and documentation gaps to BPE Managers and relevant stakeholders to keep workstreams on track and avoid downstream delays.
- Builds credibility with client and internal stakeholders by consistently delivering accurate, well-organized outputs and engaging professionally in discovery sessions.
- Navigates cross-functional and cross-company engagements with professionalism, adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences including technical teams, business owners, and audit leadership.
