Our NFE Program Management Office
The Network Facilities and Energy (NFE) PMO team connects core infrastructure engineering (architects, engineers, data analysts, developers) and operations to solve for and strategize Critical Infrastructure, Energy, Enterprise and Data Center Networking needs of our network. We inspire and collaborate with Vendors and a pile of technically-adept-but-not actually technical product folks as well. Our team is a diverse collection of professionals covering several facets (Networking, Telemetry, Energy, Engineering, Asset Management) and disciplines supporting the intricate Facility needs of our network of > 1700+ data facilities. We’re a group of curious, technical minds who inspire collaboration, problem solving, innovation as we execute initiatives that drive availability, stability, and reliability of our network. This Project Manager 3 will collaborate with the team in person at our Philadelphia, Downingtown PA, West Chester PA, or Mt Laurel NJ office on a hybrid basis as per company policy. It is not approved for virtual or remote hire.

Overview of the Role & Core Responsibilities
This position has key responsibilities in Program Management executionfocused on supporting our Data Center Networking environment. The Project Manager executes Strategic Infrastructure initiatives through cultivating our competitive advantage by supporting better processes, tools, and training.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to support data center networking initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Help manage JIRA ticket queues and ensure timely assignment of tasks.
- Support documentation, reporting, and process improvement efforts.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain a regular in-office schedule to support team collaboration and operational continuity
Key Projects May Include
- Supporting code upgrade initiatives (e.g., Chrysaor)
- Assisting with Cloud CNF expansion and onboarding efforts
- Tracking CoreNetwork Lite builds and reporting progress
- Coordinating Modular Workflow (MWF) ticket assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (MIS, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, deployment processes, or infrastructure operations (a plus, but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Process-oriented mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and automation.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in New Jersey with a Pay Range of $81,126.04 - $121,689.06
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
