Program Manager Strategic Initiatives
Job Summary
The Program Manager serves as a strategic delivery partner across HR, Technology, Product, and Risk organizations to enable agentic and AI-supported HR solutions. This role is responsible for shaping use cases, guiding prioritization, and translating HR needs into well-defined strategic work. Acting as a trusted liaison between HR stakeholders and delivery teams, the Program Manager drives alignment, manages change, and ensures solutions are operationally ready, policy-compliant, and positioned for successful adoption. Core Responsibilities
Program and Project Management
- Lead HR-focused programs that leverage AI and integration capabilities to streamline processes and improve employee experience
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and prioritization frameworks aligned to HR strategy and capacity
- Coordinate work across HR, Technology, Product, Privacy, and Compliance partners to ensure clarity and accountability
- Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status, decisions, and tradeoffs to leadership
- Support build, deployment, and production readiness activities in partnership with engineering and operations teams
Business Analysis, Use Case Development & Process Ownership
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify process pain points, policy-driven constraints, and high-impact opportunities for agentic solutions
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to document current-state processes, future-state workflows, and decision logic
- Own and maintain process documentation and policy interpretations that inform solution design and ongoing operations
- Translate HR needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria that guide technical delivery
Stakeholder Partnership, Change Management & Enablement
- Act as a change agent by preparing stakeholders for new ways of working enabled by agentic solutions
- Support communication, training, and adoption planning to ensure solutions are understood and effectively used
Governance, Privacy & Risk Partnership
- Embed governance and approval checkpoints into delivery plans to support compliant and auditable solutions
- Support risk reviews, documentation, and remediation activities as needed
Solution Validation, Deployment & Operations Support
- Assist with deployment planning and transition to steady-state operations
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 6–8 years of experience in program or project management, business analysis, or delivery roles supporting HR or enterprise operations
- Strong experience gathering requirements, developing use cases, and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to guide prioritization and decision-making across diverse partner groups
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HR
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or automation solutions in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations
- Ability to translate complex policies or technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders
