Job Summary

This role will report to the Lacrosse Operations Manager and will work to support the Philadelphia Wings team throughout the 2025-2026 season. This individual will serve as an essential part of the operational team responsible for organizing and executing various team matters. Candidates can expect to work an average of 20-25 hours/week from mid-October through mid-April.  During the season, candidates must be available on practice and game nights (typically Friday & Saturday), in addition to 1-2 days/week in the office.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Broad and in-depth involvement with the operations of the team.
  • Help with the organization and booking of all travel needs including itineraries, hotel lists, flights, and rental cars for both home and away games.
  • Assist in the set up and take down of the locker room for games and practices.
  • Assist in the organization of the team expenses and budget tracking.
  • Help with community events and other player appearances as needed.
  • Help with the organization of team gear with guidance from the equipment and medical staff.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience playing lacrosse 
  • Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint Proficient  
  • Must be enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program  
  • Strong leadership skills and exceptional organizations skills  
  • Deadline-driven with strong sense of priority and follow-through  
  • Must be available to work nine weekends during the season.
  • Must have their own car and ability to travel throughout the Philadelphia Metro Area.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
