Job Summary
Become a key player in Comcast’s Technology & Product organization as part of the Global Reliability, Multifamily team to help redefine Xfinity’s multifamily experience. Nearly one-third of Comcast customers live in multifamily environments: apartment buildings, condos, dorms, senior living facilities, and their needs are growing. We’re building innovative systems, interfaces, and services to meet those demands. This role is responsible for the program management activities and alignment for strategic programs, coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope, within budget and on schedule, with guidance from senior staff member(s). Serve as the program lead, responsible and accountable in the planning, development and delivery of new programs. Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning & Scope: Define program scope based on product and business requirements. Drive planning and alignment on program milestones.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with senior leaders to secure participation from required core team members and foster collaboration across functions.
- Schedule & Task Management: Build and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, critical path tasks, and dependencies. Track progress and recommend adjustments to plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Escalate issues promptly and collaborate on resolution strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze actual performance against plans and ensure milestones and timelines are achieved.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates on program status, risks, and changes. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet defined success criteria and program objectives.
- Deployment & Change Management: Support development of deployment strategies, change management plans, and tools for controlled rollouts and field implementation.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive, accessible documentation of program plans, decisions, risks, and updates for stakeholder reference.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Advanced problem-solving capabilities: Proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience with complex systems and processes: Comfortable navigating new systems, processes, and workflows to implement effective program management, ask the right questions, and make impactful recommendations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
Desired Skills

Some of the day to day will include:
- Driving Impact Across Teams - partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to deliver on a cutting-edge technical roadmap that shapes the future of multifamily technology.
- Leading Discovery Through Design - collaborate with Product Managers to plan and guide activities from discovery through technical and UX design, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and priorities are clear.
- Unblocking and Accelerating Delivery - work together with engineering teams to support Scrum of Scrums, Sprint planning and deployment planning. Remove obstacles, mitigate risks, and keep work moving forward at speed.
- Representing Progress at the Highest Level - communicate the latest status of work in flight to key executive stakeholders, including progress updates, key decisions, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Championing Continuous Improvement - drive innovation in how we work: embrace new tools, leverage AI, and help plan training initiatives to elevate team performance.
- Being the Glue That Connects It All - Thrive in a fast-paced environment with deep exposure to emerging technologies, acting as the connector between product, engineering, business units, and downstream stakeholders.
