Manager, Internet Product Marketing
Job Summary
The Internet Product Marketing team leads the development and commercialization of new connectivity products and value propositions to drive subscriber growth, retention, and competitive differentiation. As an Internet Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role across the full product lifecycle—from strategy and business case development to go-to-market execution—for next-generation network deployment and capabilities reaching more than 64 million homes nationwide. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer insight. You will influence product direction, shape market positioning, and partner cross-functionally to bring new services and features to market. Core Responsibilities
- Support category P&L performance, including subscriber growth, revenue, and churn reduction
- Define and deliver customer value propositions grounded in customer insights and business capabilities
- Develop positioning and go-to-market strategies for new products and network capabilities
- Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to define product requirements and features
- Devise and manage product roadmaps, including 3-year feature roadmap, long-range planning and annual budgeting
- Lead customer research and competitive analysis; translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Drive end-to-end commercialization, including feasibility assessment, launch planning, and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Technology, Customer Experience, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales to align on strategy and execution
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product strategy, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, business development, finance, or corporate strategy
- Demonstrated ability to define and advocate for customer-centric value propositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working with emerging technologies or in fast-evolving industries
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and executive-level presentations
