Manager, Finance Strategy
Job Summary
Responsible for helping ensure the long-term success of Comcast Advertising by driving and stewarding financial strategy. Provides visibility into profitability of all Comcast Advertising products, down to the individual unit of inventory level. Develops and maintains complex technical financial models, in order to conduct financial evaluations (e.g., ROI, revenue opportunity, cost profiles, investment sizing, etc) of new products, technologies, partnerships, and other business initiatives. Champions the adoption and implementation of new growth strategies by the Comcast Advertising Executive Leadership Team.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Compares financial results to planned or forecasted results and recommends future actions. Analyzes the ongoing profitability of all new businesses and/or programs entered into by the Company.
- Serves as a technical liaison to Accounting, management and other staff by providing financial planning experience, financial information and modeling, activity analysis and variance analysis.
- Prepares and reviews budget materials for executive leaders and the Board.
- Performs and critiques economic evaluation justifications for capital expenditures.
- Supervises, coaches, develops and prioritizes the workflow for Senior Financial Analyst and team members assigned to project teams.
- Enable the selection and prioritization of new products, technologies, partnerships, and other business initiatives by creating complex technical financial models and evaluating the return on investment.
- Evaluate the profitability of all Comcast Advertising products by developing and maintaining complex financial models that detail EBITDA at the individual unit of inventory level.
- Develop organic growth strategies for Comcast Advertising by analyzing large volumes of financial data and extract actionable insights for executive decision-makers.
- Inspire executive decision-makers to adopt and implement growth strategies by creating visually impactful presentations and delivering the presentations with influence and persuasion.
- Cultivate and nurture productive working relationships with stakeholders of all levels across Comcast Advertising, ranging from stakeholders of which Strategic Finance is a customer, to stakeholders who are customers of Strategic Finance.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, and New York City with a Pay Range of $109,863.60 - $179,776.80

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
