Manager, Compliance Data Solutions & Business Analytics
Job Summary
Responsible for leading team(s) that work cross-functionally to collect data and develop models to determine trends utilizing a variety of data sources. Manages team(s) that retrieve, analyze and summarize business, operations, employee, customer and/or economic data in order to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, predict business outcomes and decision-making purposes. Involved with numerous key business decisions by overseeing the analyses that inform our business strategy. This may include: impact measurement of new products or features via normalization techniques, optimization of business processes through robust A/B testing, clustering or segmentation of customers to identify opportunities of differentiated treatment, deep dive analyses to understand drivers of key business trends, identification of customer sentiment drivers through natural language processing (NLP) of verbatim responses to Net Promotor System (NPS) surveys and development of frameworks to drive upsell strategy for existing customers by balancing business priorities with customer activity. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ETL processes, ensuring efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources into target data systems.
- Design customer-centric models and optimization tools to support large-scale projects utilizing online, offline, structured and unstructured data.
- Create complex workflows using the Alteryx ETL tool, DX pipelines, and SQL queries to extract data from different sources and structure it for reporting and anomaly detection.
- Design and develop PowerApps solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging Power Automate and using custom connections, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop complex queries against disparate big data platforms such as Teradata, Azure SQL Server, Hadoop, Dataverse and AWS.
- Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
- Lead discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
- Advise on the relevancy of data and identifies alternative data sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business stakeholders can be completed.
- Lead the analysis of large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.
- Lead identification of key business drivers and insights by conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Oversee development of forecasting models to predict sales, demand and other key business metrics.
- Review analysis of the results of campaigns, offers or initiatives to measure their effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review and communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to Company executives and decisionmakers.
- Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and apply them to business challenges.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Proficient with tools Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Skilled in using tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, and SSIS for ETL processes and data extraction.
- Expertise in designing and documenting complex systems and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse architecture and implementation.
- Capable of mapping and modeling complex data structures and relationships.
- Familiar with technologies like AWS and Azure SQL Server for cloud-based data storage and processing.
- Experience in Python programming and Machine Learning models.
- Expertise with Microsoft Power Platform for automating business processes and application development.
