Job Summary

The Manager, Acquisition Marketing plays a key role in supporting Xfinity’s strategic acquisition marketing efforts. This individual supports the development and refinement of marketing strategy across key segments (e.g. prospect movers) by gathering performance data and consumer insights, contributing to GTM updates, and shaping a clear learning agenda—including test design, execution, and measurement synthesis. In addition, the Manager supports broader acquisition strategy related to prospecting and lead engagement, helping identify opportunities to improve lower-funnel performance and strengthen audience-led marketing approaches. This role also leads digital acquisition marketing through owned and partner email channels. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into practical marketing recommendations.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders, including EBI, Marketing, Media, and others.
  • Analyze audience performance, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance trends across channels to identify trends, gaps, and strategic marketing opportunities.
  • Develop elements of ongoing learning agendas, including test design, KPI definition, measurement, and insight synthesis.
  • Comfortable working with data sets to inform strategy and decision-making. While direct data pulling is not a core responsibility, familiarity with accessing and interpreting data is a strong plus.
  • Collaborate with key marketing and sales channel teams to ensure programs are strategically aligned and continually optimized with best practices.
  • Lead the acquisition email strategy and marketing resource, overseeing the delivery of calendar development, segmentation inputs, and performance optimization.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint slides and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives by building data-driven business cases that quantify impact, ROI, and resource needs.
  • Partner with marketing, strategy, finance, and operations teams to align insights with business goals and drive execution.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Critical Capabilities/Minimum Qualifications

  • Analytical Strength: Comfortable analyzing performance data, test results, and consumer insights to form practical recommendations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to translate business goals into actionable acquisition and mover marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organization and attention to detail across simultaneous initiatives and partner workstreams.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Effective working across marketing, GTM, media, CR&I, product, and external partners.
  • Results Orientation: Takes ownership of deliverables, manages follow-through, and maintains a sense of urgency.
  • Creative and Test-Mindset: Supports test-and-learn frameworks, identifies optimization opportunities, and incorporates insight-driven thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and collaborative spirit.
