Job Summary

This role is part of our Enterprise Talent Management (ETM) team and will be responsible for reporting & analysis of key ETM metrics in support of various Talent Management strategies across Comcast Cable and Corporate, (i.e. enterprise movement, accelerated development experiences and external development programs, performance & talent assessments, recognition platform, career wellbeing, etc). This role will also help to support TM Community initiatives with talent data insights, Workday data/dashboard training, analysis tools and templates, and additional adoption support including communications and presentations. This person will work cross-functionally to collect data and/to determine trends utilizing a variety of data sources. They will analyze and summarize operations, business trends and employee data in order to optimize effectiveness, improve employee experience, measure impact of current strategies and inform areas of opportunity. They will be involved with numerous key business decisions by conducting the analyses that inform our business strategy. This may include: impact measurement of programs, new processes, or technology enhancements; optimization of business processes through segmentation of data to identify opportunities of differentiated treatment; deep dive analyses to understand drivers of key trends. The right candidate is comfortable in a demanding, high touch environment and will have an understanding and passion for the Talent Management function, including the tools, technology, data, and processes. In addition, the ideal candidate will lead with curiosity, have a proven consultative approach, strong listening skills, change management experience, and organization skills.

Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Management & Operations:
    • Support project management, change management and communications aspects of a variety of initiatives both within team and with our partners
    • Builds and maintains relationships with Talent Management Community and COE partners.
    • Partners across the team to create Enterprise Talent Management updates for senior HR Leaders – works across team to identify key successes and leads data analysis & reporting on key metrics. 
    • Work as primary point of contact for data related needs/requests across ETM portfolio  
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology for both simplification and experience.
    • Partner with team members, internal clients, and other departments to both maintain and continually review/improve all processes
    • Monitor, and report on measurements that drive optimal performance and strategy
    • Foster a customer service environment across internal and external partners.
    • Will play a key role in special projects such as analysis, reporting, communications, security access and training.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Understand talent management metrics and be able to analyze employee data across Talent Management initiatives, identify insights to report on highlights, opportunities, and overall effectiveness.
    • Interprets analysis of talent data such as talent movement, talent assessments, performance ratings, impact of accelerated development and external development programs, etc.
    • Effectively communicates results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations.
    • Serves as key analytical contact regarding metrics connected to Talent and Performance Management. 
    • Participates in discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and supports development of technical requirements.
  • Communications & Change Management
    • Core member of TM Community, partnering with PM, Career Engagement & Sr. PM, ETM on maintaining Teams site, Rosters, Meeting invites & agendas, leading/participating in workstreams, etc.
    • Collaborate with Talent Management Community to understand needs and ensure smooth adoption of new data tools, technologies, and templates
    • Partner on managing communications and change plans for TM data and process implementation
    • Partner on creating clear and impactful communications including presentations, training materials and change management plans to drive adoption of talent initiatives
  • Complete ad hoc projects, other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Consistent exercise of good judgement and discretion with respect to highly confidential and proprietary company information
  • DEMONSTRATED SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills – ability synthesize complex data sets and communicate data-backed insights
  • Intellectual curiosity - Demonstrates a strong desire to continuously learn and understand complex concepts, trends, and technologies. Proactively seeks out new information and applies it to drive innovative solutions and informed decision-making.

  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in data analytics, operations, talent management, program management or a related field
  • Highly analytical
  • Comfort performing a wide variety of tasks and changing focus quickly as demands change
  • Sense of urgency about getting results
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and translate data in to a comprehensive, compelling story
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to include report writing and executive presentations
  • Attention to detail, high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and inspire trust
  • Proficiency in Internet applications, databases and Microsoft Office suite
  • Curiosity and high interest in learning about our business and industry
