This job leads advanced data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to inform strategic decision-making. It involves identifying critical data sources and developing predictive models to drive business outcomes. The role provides expert guidance and insights to support company objectives.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Leading stakeholder engagements to define analytics needs and translating them into technical requirements
• Identifying relevant data sources and alternatives to ensure comprehensive analytics
• Conducting complex data analyses to derive actionable business insights using advanced tools
• Querying and integrating data from platforms like Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS
• Performing exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and identifying key business drivers
• Developing predictive models for sales, demand, and other critical business metrics
• Evaluating campaign results to measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Presenting analytical findings through narrative-driven reports and visualizations to executives
• Collaborating with IT and data science teams to enhance data warehousing and business intelligence platforms
• Mentoring junior analysts and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives within the analytics team
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
