Job Summary

College Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students. Applicants can receive college credit, though it is not a requirement. Applicant must be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word computer program required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Experience or interest in sales is preferred.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Apply learned service strategies through executing Season Ticket Member events
  • Apply learned sales strategies through tending to Sales Tables with Account Executives throughout each game
  • Attend weekly Membership Sales staff meetings
  • Assist Sales Staff on Flyers and Wings game nights
  • Assist Sales Staff in daily tasks as needed
  • Assist other Coordinators with any other sales and/or client events
  • Lead both private and public behind-the-scenes group tours of the arena
  • Build and maintain databases/lists for segmented lead groups
  • Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

16-40 hours per week, including specific Event Nights and Weekends based on availability and school requirements.

Base Pay: $8.00
