Director, Sales Operations, Innovation & Analytics
Job Summary
Director, Sales Operations, Innovation & Analytics will own oversight of all AI-related initiatives impacting Comcast Business Sales Channels and the Business Operations Solutions organization. This role ensures alignment with enterprise AI policies, training, implementation standards, and business impact tracking. This role will chair the Sales AI Committee, composed of senior sales leaders, and drive prioritization of innovation and AI solutions that accelerate growth and operational efficiency. This leader will also evaluate, establish, and manage an Innovation development program in collaboration with Key stakeholders across multiple teams to deliver rapid, business impacting capabilities.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Innovation & Prioritization Strategy
Monitor and report on business impact metrics tied to Innovation and AI deployments.
Work in close partnership with the Mosaic team for Comcast overall AI strategy, investments, partners, and market landscape.
Track all Automation initiatives impacting Sales Channels and Business Operations Solutions.
Ensure alignment with corporate AI policies, training programs, and implementation standards.
Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations leaders to identify high-impact business needs.
Prioritize initiatives that can be addressed through innovation or AI technologies.
Align innovation efforts with strategic business goals and market dynamics.
Lead and facilitate the Sales AI Committee, composed of senior sales executives.
Drive strategic discussions and decisions on AI priorities and innovation opportunities.
Present program updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
Lead complex, fast-paced programs with a focus on delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships as needed.
Design and launch a program that provides a framework for Citizen Development in a safe and accelerated structure.
Ensure alignment with Stakeholders, Sales Ops and Business IT teams.
Promote rapid capability development to support competitive agility in B2B telecommunications sales.
Executive Communication & Influence
Maintain strong executive presence and communication skills.
Deliver compelling presentations and updates to senior leadership.
Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic storytelling.
Other Responsibilities
Works with other organizations to continuously improve business processes.
Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, and industry standards.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven success in managing large-scale, complex programs with rapid delivery timelines.
Executive presence with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
Deep expertise in program and project management methodologies.
Experience in successfully delivering programs in a matrix organization
Experience in innovation strategy or AI program coordination
Strong collaboration skills across business, technical, and operational teams.
Familiarity with B2B sales dynamics, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
