Job Summary This role on the Brand Partnerships and Engagement marketing team is responsible for the development of best-in-class partnership marketing programs that align with brand objectives and achieve business results. The role will sit on the Partnership Management team and plays a lead role in the development and execution of our National Partnership Portfolio. This individual will work with numerous internal and external partners to collaborate and deliver all partner contractual assets, manage partner relations, build activation plans, identify adjacent partnerships to execute a national strategy, monitor program performance, recommend optimizations, support Partnership Engagement and more. The role will manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously and act as a subject matter expert to various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in partnership marketing across various properties and talent, excel in a fast-paced environment, have unmatched leadership and collaboration skills, a strong strategic mindset with the ability to clearly articulate that vision aligned to business goals, problem solve, swift intentional decision making and proven successful agency team management experience.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead management & activation plans for the entirety of the National Partnership Portfolio, currently inclusive of NASCAR, NBA, WNBA and Team USA
- Work collaboratively and partner with numerous internal and external stakeholders to develop programs and assets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and program calendars
- Management and oversight of a new Basketball Vertical with various partnerships inclusive of, but not limited to, NBA, WNBA, Unrivaled, numerous talent and media partnerships
- In depth collaboration with Director of Local Portfolio and Engagement and lead strategic vision for how National portfolio influences local portfolio execution
- Build LA28 Enterprise Strategic Approach and stand up OlyPara Program Office ahead of a domestic Games cycle; intentionally manage significant, temporary expansive responsibilities and growing team
- Lead contract negotiations of all partnerships within the National Portfolio
- Lead and upskill an already high-performing team
- Manage leadership relationships with external partners, internal partners and external agency team
- Thorough understanding of competitive landscape
- Manage program budgets
- Coordinate with agency partners to secure various third-party approvals for marketing materials going to market
- Monitor and ensure delivery of assets across various contractual requirements
- Review marketing materials and provide collaborative feedback as the subject matter expert to ensure authenticity
- Analyze performance and share learnings to improve performance against KPIs; ability to develop and present executive summary reports from various campaign/program specific reports and sources
- Support all program needs as requested, including planning, strategy and engagement
- Integrate the brand into areas of consumer passion that are identified as opportunity segments for the company
- Support execution of annual partner summit
- Comfortable working weekends as needed

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
