Director, Comcast Integration
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced media professional to lead advertising partnerships with internal Comcast content distribution and legal teams. Reporting to the Senior Director, Comcast Integration within Comcast Advertising, this role involves overseeing critical contract databases, directing deal operations, and providing strategic leadership across multiple business functions including legal, competitive intelligence, and business stakeholders with a focus on advertising business and revenue optimization.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Develops the company’s overall strategy and leads high-priority strategic initiatives across distribution and advertising operations.
Identifies, evaluates, and recommends specific partnership opportunities; supports execution of transactions and oversees post-deal integration efforts.
Leads business development and partnership discussions, including distribution, advertising, technology/product, and monetization deals. Recommends strategic actions and conducts negotiations with potential partners.
Oversees business modeling, long-range financial planning, and advertising performance forecasting.
Manages contract lifecycle processes, including analysis, renewal tracking, and compliance monitoring for distribution and advertising agreements, with emphasis on advertising inventory and revenue terms.
Oversees and optimizes contract database systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date information on all distribution and advertising agreements.
Directs internal stakeholders to streamline contract workflows, reporting processes, and database systems across distribution and advertising operations.
Directs deal operations by overseeing System Governance Execution Committee communications and documentation for both distribution and advertising deals.
Evaluates the economics and business models of specific products/services, companies, and industry sectors.
Oversees environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses, and other studies related to the Company’s growth and profitability.
Leads preparation of deal summaries, financial analyses, and executive presentation materials, incorporating advertising revenue projections and performance metrics.
Manages cross-functional teams during deal negotiations and implementation phases, ensuring alignment between distribution and advertising objectives.
Serves as internal liaison with FreeWheel teams to ensure seamless contractual coordination across advertising and distribution functions.
Leads competitive analysis and market research initiatives to provide strategic insights for business development in the evolving advertising landscape.
Directs quarterly business review (QBR) processes including data compilation, analysis, and presentation preparation with focus on advertising performance and partnership ROI.
Provides strategic guidance to the Strategic Planning team and cross-functional deal teams.
Collaborates closely with Comcast Advertising teams to optimize advertising inventory across distribution partnerships and support development of integrated advertising strategies.
Monitors advertising performance metrics and partnership effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

Education
Master's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
