Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual to help drive efforts around our emerging Xumo Identity Platform. This individual will act as the primary point person for the platform, driving its adoption and integration across the organization to deliver deeper audience insights and enable more effective targeting. This role sits at the intersection of data, ad sales, marketing, product, and revenue strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and a proven track record of translating data into actionable strategies that improve engagement and revenue outcomes.Job Description
Additional Job Info/Summary:
This role serves as the business lead for the Xumo Identity Platform, gathering and representing the needs of multiple senior leaders while driving program leadership. Success requires influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across business units through strong credibility and relationship building.
Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA or Irvine, CA- 4 days a week in office/1 day remote.
- Experience with Tableau & SQL a plus
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the business lead and organizational owner of the Xumo Identity Platform
- Work closely with ad sales, editorial, marketing, content, product, and technology teams to integrate audience segmentation models into the broader analytics functions, enhancing the understanding of audiences
- Draft and manage requirements and other supporting business documentation
- Define and execute the roadmap for leveraging the platform across teams and business units
- Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to support personalization, targeting, and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with analytics, marketing, product, and revenue stakeholders to identify and activate high-impact use cases
- Establish processes and best practices for segment governance, audience taxonomy, and performance tracking
- Advocate for data-driven decision making across the organization by evangelizing the platform’s capabilities and insights
- Track performance and ROI of targeted campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data backed audience development and segmentation

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing custom audience segmentation using demographic, behavioral, and product usage data.
- Understanding of data governance and global data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance across audience data strategies.
- Experience in digital advertising
- Experience working with DMP’s & Ad Measurement companies
- Outstanding collaboration and partnering abilities (though without direct decision authority over other functional areas), and capable of building trust and relationships up and down the organization
- Ability to work effectively at various levels of organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Responds constructively to new demands, priorities, or challenges.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale transformation within a complex organization

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in California with a Pay Range of $155,912.39 - $244,498.97
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
